These Guidelines must be adhered to at all times whilst reading on site
1. New readers must be shadowed at all times by a Site Helper when reading on site. Readings must not be given until a Site Helper is available.
2. Please be courteous when asking a Site Helper to shadow your reading.
3. Readings must only be given in our two Reading Rooms, no readings are to be given in the general chat rooms. No readings are to be given in the private message facility on the Message Boards.
4. If you are new to reading and wish to practice you are very welcome, however please inform your sitter that you are an inexperienced reader and you are practicing, this gives them the right of whether to accept your reading or not.
5.Readers as well as Sitter have the right to stop the reading at any time if you feel that you have lost the connection, or if messages received cannot be given with clarity to you, the Sitter can always stop the reading if they wish, they are not compelled to give a reason, but will be encouraged to give a brief explanation.
6. If you are given sensitive information then please PM the shadow and they will then PM the sitter and give them a choice of carrying on in the Reading Room or moving to a private room to deliver the sensitive information.
Please note we do not give private readings on site

Do not Predict, our future is changing constantly, and predictions may not necessarily come true.
8.
Do Not predict a death, true mediums and Psychics would not do this. It is against the Law as stated in the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1959.
9.
Never give medical advice but please stress that medical advice must be sought from the appropriate practitioner.
10.
Do not give a reading if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
11. Please remember people come to us for help at times,please deliver your message to the Sitter with compassion.
12. You Must Be 18 years or over to give or receive a reading, if in doubt ask a Site Helper for advice and assistance.
13. Always give information as you receive it, do not attempt to decipher the messages, they are nor for us anyway, they are for the sitter.
14. If your sitter cannot confirm the messages that you have delivered, under no circumstances must you continue to deliver them, this could be classed as bullying.

All Readings are for Entertainment Purposes Only, and as a Reader you are responsible for your readings, the Founder of Pathways of Divine Light takes no responsibility for this, the new law states that readers can be liable to a hefty fine or even a custodial sentence should they attempt to mislead or give false information to the sitter.
Please ensure that you give readings within the guidelines and that you make yourself aware of the new UK laws a link for this has been placed on the Message Boards after this post. You are required to take full responsibility for your actions whilst reading on Pathways of Divine Light.
PRE READING ADVICE
May we suggest that you give your sitter a brief explanation of your methods of reading.
Advise them that they are free to stop the reading at any time.
Ask that the sitter does not feed you information during the reading
Give the Sitter the freedom to give feedback, for new readers this helps with confidence, however we do not think it appropriate that experienced readers ask for feedback, if the sitter offers that fine and is welcomed, for readers to ask for feedback can be seen as egotistic.
